No longer will your neighbors go scot-free when it comes to laundry and vacuuming responsibilities! (Or so it would appear.)
Every single residential and rental lot (apart from unfurnished ones) now has at least one vacuum, as well as a washing machine/tub, etc.
Unfortunately, there are no brooms in the Dust kit, and this save is meant to be CC-free, so there are vacuums even on the Off-the-grid lots.
But if you are going to add some mods on top of it, I'd recommend grabbing Functional Broom by MizoreYukii. It has an optional BG version (in case you don't have the Dust DLC), several different models, and great animations.
